Flights and Accommodations

Accommodations

Conference participants will be staying in College Hill Suites on the ECU campus. The address is College Hill Dr., Greenville, NC 27858.

Each suite has two secured bedrooms each with their own bathroom and then a common lounge area and kitchenette. Only one person will be assigned to a bedroom, but you may have a suite mate sharing the common space. Suites have high speed Wifi, but no television. Linens and towels will be provided. Be sure to bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.).

Flights

Please plan to arrive and depart from Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU). RDU is approximately 1.5 hours from Greenville by car. We will provide shuttles from/to RDU for flights on the dates indicated below.

Arrivals:

• Please plan to arrive at RDU on Sunday, May 21.

Departures:

• For those NOT ATTENDING the Cultural Field Seminar, please plan to depart from RDU on Thursday, May 25.
• For those who ARE ATTENDING the Cultural Field Seminar, please plan to depart from RDU on Sunday, May 28.

Once you have your travel plans finalized, please submit the following form for each individual attending the conference so we can organize shuttles.
